How We Trade

The approach to our method of trading is simple and is a strategy that will not be affected by market patterns changing over time.  What our system looks for is advancing stocks and declining stocks in the S&P 500.  The system is set so that when it sees a certain ratio of advancing stocks vs. declining stocks it seeks to buy or short sell in either direction which ever the ratio favors.  In this way we are able to take advantage of market moves in both up or down directions.  For protection we use a trailing stop that is set accordingly to the range of the market each day.
